Facebook Ads Manager is your go-to for creating, managing, and analyzing your ads. On the other hand, Facebook Business Manager is your one-stop-shop for managing all aspects of your business. Think of it as a house with different rooms, one of which could be your Ads Manager (accessible through Business Manager). Keep in mind that having an Ads Manager doesn’t necessarily mean you have a Business Manager, and vice versa. It’s important to understand the differences between these two tools to make the most of your Facebook and Instagram marketing efforts.
Did you purchase a business, transfer ownership or lose access to a Facebook Page/ Business Manager? You can request for access to the pages that belong to your business. Although it is not guaranteed that you will gain access, it is your best option if you can’t contact the current page owner.
The best solution is for an admin dispute for you to gain access to the Business Manager and then release the page. There is a procedure to release the page but since the last user can’t consent to it, this would be the next step.
